Take Notice tat I will commence legal actions against yo and Toronto Police without further Notice.

My Name is Major Keyvan Nourhaghighi, and since 1994 I have filed several lawsuits against Toronto Police and Mayors that few actions still pending in Ontario Court and Court of Appeal.

Toronto Police, 14 and 52 Division in past have caused a lot of torts to me that even in 1996 the Ontario Court of Appeal Warn Them to be declared as Vexatious; and in November 1997 Justice Cadsby verbally address Toronto Police as Stupid and dismissed all their charges.

So, since 1997 Toronto Police was unable to bring any kind of charges against me; but never stopped malicious acts, frauds, theft (From Royal Bank Account ), sabotages and many other wrongs against me by targeting me with Community Watch Members who are a group of worst criminals.

the cause of action in these proceedings are Criminals and Civil in nature; for resend trespassing my Banks Accounts with two Banks (Royal Bank & Scotiabank); illegally intercepting my phone, internet and emails; interfering with my Doctors appointment and medical care that caused serious harms to my physical health and other crimes and wrongdoing that the particular of that will be served to you and the City Legal Office who has the record of all my lawsuits and address.
